I love when people make a video detailing the real-life experiences of things such as MPG - it's an important thing to think about these days with rising fuel prices and general uncertainty. Keep up the informative videos dude.

I’ve found the MPG to be massively driving-style dependent. On multiple short trips in the city, I get between 20-25 MPG… the temptation to enter the traffic light Grand Prix doesn’t help! On a long run, I can easily get 45 MPG while sitting at motorway speeds. Recently did a 420 mile trip to Scotland and hit 46.4 MPG average! Absolutely love my car tho… 2 years & 12k miles in. Plus Pack (now called Pro Pack), Tech Pack, Comfort Pack, Full Leather & Pan Roof.

That’s very good, so you can basically choose to get good mpg or when you want to boot it , you have that option too🔥

I have put an order in for one, and have been worried about the MPG (120 mile round trip to work) and worried it will cost me a fortune. But 45mpg is what I am getting now, if I drive sensibly!

@@olley1ify Its the same in my current BMW 530. The miles remaining is based on the current MPG. If i floor it, I get 280 miles to a tank (according to the dash) but as soon as I drive sensibly, it goes up to 470.

M135i ticks a lot of boxes. Can’t wait to get some more miles in mine soon for the summer… keep the content coming

Awesome stuff, got one too in white and done around 7500 miles on it, great fun to drive

M135i Definitely has now converted me fully to BMW lol, just hit 4500 miles in mine and absolutely love it. Picked up the Shadowline grill from BMW just to give it more of that stealth look. My only complaint with the car is the artificial jerking it has on an upshift when you put the gearbox in sport mode.

Ordered the m235i in misano blue about a week ago have to wait until November to get it . Got Pro pack with same wheels as yours they look amazing, also black leather and heated steering, can't wait.

They look even better from all angles with the msport trim. Black splitter, black mirrors, black spoiler and side skirts. That really sets it apart from the normal 1 series

Love my M135i, had it new since June and it's not dropped expectations once. Not as many miles as you mate (4k) but I can reinforce your review and experience.......although my MPG has been better (despite driving in sport mostly for the exhaust) may be around 300-350 on a tank full. Cheers for a great open and honest review.

Had mine for a month now with the pro pack. Very good car, but I agree with you 100% on the fuel. Even trying to be economical. My Cupra 300 had a lot more range I think.

Just bought one! I collect it tomorrow 😊

Good review and really nice drone footage. Agree about front end, styling is aggressive rather than pretty but still very BMW.

Does the performance exhaust sound nice? And is there bad turbo lag? I am considering one cheers gaz.

Guna trade in my M2 competition for this car, having a proper M car is great fun and looks good on the drive but as a daily and through winter not the best. The M135i tech and interior is such a step up

Good review. Will hopefully be ordering one in the new year. Does yours have the adaptive suspension? Without it do you think the ride would be too harsh as a daily driver?

Hi J, I ordered an M135i last week which will be arriving in October. Not that I’m concerned about fuel economy, purely curiosity, but after 6k miles, what’s your average mpg on the idrive info screen? Cheers

Lol fuel economy is still something worth considering imo. I get about 250-320 miles to a full tank. I mostly drive around town btw. 26-30 mpg.

It's a 300 bhp 1.6 tonne hot hatch. Driven 'normally' on open roads 40 mpg is easy. Put your foot down and drive it like it's meant to be then it will drink like Keith Richards on a Saturday night bender.

I have a C32 2002, and yes it is draining financially and mentally😂 but worth it!

Thr rear diffuser looks too shirt with the exposed fuel tank.
