BMW K1110 LT Solving a overheating issue
In this video, we're adding a coolant temperature switch to the BMW K1100 to solve the overheating issue.
The bike's fan isn't turning on when it reaches the necessary temperature.
Everything has been checked - wiring, fan, relay, new sensor, and the ECU has been put into test mode, the bike's ECU can turn on the fan, but for some reason, it's not turning on the fan when the engine exceeds the working temperature.
So as a simple and reliable solution, we're adding a them switch into the radiator circuit.

Thanks for the video. Its common thath the radiator ribs on these K are filled whith dirt. The front fender is little to low sow gravel and dirt after many years fill the cooling ribs on the radiator front side. If you have a cooling issue, check the front of the radiator. I mounted after cleaning the radiator ribslines an extention front fender. The gravel and dirt stops on the extended now.

I like what you are saying but that’s just too easy to be true. But I’ll give it a lookie loo
I can't believe it can be this good
There is a little trick when filling the coolant. I use a 5L reserve gas tank with flexible nozzle . The sensor is probably a NTC resistor and there are a lot of different.
