BMW iX Every Button Explained

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

In this video, we take a look at every button in the BMW iX. The new electric crossover comes with some unique functions and buttons, so we take the time to explain each one of them. We also take apart the BMW iX key fob to show you how to access the mechanical key, in case your key fob runs out of battery.

The AI and gesture. I think the sun roof is dope but would rather it open. Don’t see much difference between opaque and clear to be honest.

This was pure genius. I just bought an ix and even tho the guys at the dealership did a complete walkthrough, this was at another level so thanks for that! One side bar: my ix came in titanium bronze trim which includes trim on the seat adjustments buttons (over the crystal). However, unlike this car On my car there are no preset buttons. Just guessing I can use the screen to late drivers setting for seats but haven’t found that quite yet.

I think the crystal is an option. I have a Medium trim level, however my buttons are not crystal. Looking at the one showed which also has the Bower & Wilkens option, i think that is probably the top trim level, with the rising and lower suspension, and the turning rear wheels even.

A lot of those features have been with BMWs for over 20 to 30 years. I love the idea of being able to control the windows from a distance. A good way to let the heat out before entering.

Its sort of pointless because its an electric car, so the car does not need to be running for the AC compressor to work. And with MyBMW app, you can turn on the AC before you even get to the car, entering a nice and cool car on a hot day.
