Looks great, with this and the upcoming Audi A6 the future looks good for estate cars. Still really weird that Volvo have stopped selling estates here in the UK

Great vid Kris as always! On the car then - amazing in all terms except for the battery pack. I personally traded in my Taycan CT4 (same as yours I believe) for the new Macan4 EV. Did the deal just 1 week before new Taycan came out so difference is less than 20K 😇

BMW is first with their shared platform, so a modded fossil car in 2024. I like the look, nice car. But for space, price, usability, etc I don't get it. So still time to cheer for Volvo 😀

If you don’t already have one I’d suggest using one of the DJI Ronin gimbles for a shoot like this, plus train the operator up on techniques to minimise panning and maximise stability

Love the touring model. Please bring it to the US. Lots of room but not bulky like a SUV.

The touring will sell well here in Norway. I have deposit down on edrive40 but I might switch to this touring. It looks so much nicer than the ostentatious, fugly chinese-centric fake beaver grill iX suv and i4 sedan.

I was hoping Volvo would come with an electric V70 version but congrats to BMW to make it first! Still love the Polestar / Volvo Google integration over any other infotertainment platform.

Its coming. I guess EX60 is next and EX70 based on P3/P4 platform? Im waiting for it too.

I don't think they are bringing it to the US

Agree. All Nio are cooler. Cleaner interior. All features included. AND battery swap is possible (

Hopefully they can bring back the Twin turbo V8 as M560i with the latest S68 motor that is on the 760i and X7 M60i

Did really like this. And so much better seat option than in the iX

@@MrBazsi888 the IX seats lack even basic adjustment like length adjustable support or adjustable side support. On i5 you get both sport and comfort seat options that have all the BMW goodies

@@evkx i know, but still okey comfort for me in my ix xdrive40. length adjustability not needed, because it is long enough. side support is not needed, because EV is for efficient driving, not cornering like a maniac. i only miss lumbar support, thats the most important feature, that my car lacks.

The G60 Wagon looks better then the sedan

If it gets the same battery as the sedan, the range will be to short. (400KM) Especially when Audi is saying they expect 700Km of range on the new A6 E-tron.

It amazes me there is no frunk. BMW managed to put a frunk in the i3 with its tiny proportions and small bonnet, but doesn’t bother in the i4 and i5. That is lazy engineering.

Correct me if I’m wrong but the original i3 was built on a different platform. The i4, i5, and i7 were designed to accommodate both ICE and electrification. Which explains why the rear transmission tunnel still exists and the lack of a frunk

The i5 is a shared platform with petrol & hybrid versions, hence no frunk and a transmission tunnel.

Now we will see who has done it’s homework right. Mercedes not offering a T version of the EQE, because everybody buys the EQE SUV or BMW offering an i5 touring. 🤔 Maybe the time for long roofs has come to an end even in Europe. 🤷‍♂️

Like this wagon a lot. Would defintely chose this over the atrociously ugly BMW iX.

Who the hell buys car in this price category and plans to sleep in the trunk 😆

The US and Canada is more accurately known as North America, but that also includes Mexico. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_world To answer your question, yes it is coming to the west. But probably not North America

This bland color is so boring. I'm a fan of this wagon. Seems like it's a huge boat but at least it doesnt have the same butt ugly front end from i4 and iX.

I dont think the front looks good. It's an unattractive car looking at it from that perspective.

Looks better as wagon versus sedan. Much better than the ugliest beaver grilled SUV on the market, the hideous iX.
