Whoa!!! Quite different machines. You’ll have to take a long test ride and see which tickles the motorcycling bone in you. Personally I am not fond of either. Both have super strengths and big weaknesses. There are more options available. Check them out.

I would consider the KTM 250 or 390 Adv. Both are good for commuting and touring.

While the brand is the same, the Duke & and the Adventure are quite different to each other. Test ride and decide. That’s the best way.

The comment on vibrations after 80kmph was really surprising. No one has mentioned it so far. Could it be this particular bike had a problem? From a short test ride I did recently I came away hugely impressed by the G310GS and felt zero vibrations so I am a bit perplexed y you guys over emphasising the vibrations issue

Hi! I was the most uncomfortable about the vibes. While peg and bar vibes exist on several motorcycles, it’s the tank and seat vibes that got me! Also, it’s the high standards that I hold the brand to that made me feel let down. My expectations were more I guess. May be if it were a Bajaj or TVS I may have not been so critical. So I suggest you ride it on highways at speeds above 90 kmph and check it out first hand. Cheers!

Hi , the first impression when i rode the test ride bike was that vibrations was not a concern, but when I took it out on the highway I did have the uncomfortable vibes on the foot pegs and handle bar when it is revved up , Seeing your comment , I should probably ride an other 310 Gs to have a second opinion .cheers .(.DD)

@@BraoRides yes you definitely should try another G310GS on the highway to check for a similar issue. Most reviewers says that this bike rides like a breeze until 110kmph. As a prospective buyer of this bike I am now holding back due to this vibrations issue until I test ride it at 100kmph on Nice road at least

I didn't buy this because it's headlight alone cost Rs52,000😅 and normal services would cost around Rs 7000+
