Great video. My b4's are coming next week. What do you think of them now? I was tempted by the b6 but want to use that extra cash for m3 control arms down the road.

I’ve had them for a year now and no complaints. I did white line sway bars as well. I would justify the price difference of b4/b6/b8 if I went with aftermarket springs. But even b4s are totally fine for that.

Does b4 provide more comfort than oem?

Haha. My car look like it's on sport spring because of worn out shocks. I bought Bilstein B8 and Tein lowering springs.

Yesterday I just installed B4s with Eibach Pro Kit springs. Ride is night and day compared to my oem Sport Suspension that had 165K miles on it.

I have the bilstein b4 currently, would they be fine with a set of hr sport springs?

Yeah totally fine. As long as they are in decent shape

I just replaced my e90 330i front struts to bilstein b4 but my car’s height increased drastically. Looks bit weird.

Interesting why you didn’t opt for the B8 shocks instead. Is there any reason why you decided to go with the B4’s?

B8s were currently on back order when I was currently ordering and a $400 price difference.

@@garbinsgaragewhy didnt you go for B6? Im thinking which one to get. Found one the forums saying b6 raised your height up a bit. I have the oem sport package suspension. So thinking to get b4 too dont wanna go through the b6 headache

@@ricolam4916 I went mainly for the price being nearly half. I had a good discount at the shop I was working for and I also have factory springs. My ride height definitely did raise in the front by an inch mainly due to replacing the original collapsed top hats.
