Nice job Luis. That generic crimp connector tells it all about the levels of professionalism this fix was done with. I do love heatshrink crimp connectors but these regular ones are nothing more than a temporary DIY fix. Anyway, you did it properly as always.

I've a problem with my 2009 E61, it is the same sensor that is not working as this video, I couldnt hear any ticking from it. I bought a replacement sensor as the wiring appears to be physically OK, but the replacement sensor isn't working either, again no ticking from it.

To rule out a bad replacement, check it on another position... Check/measure the wiring... It could be a wiring problem elsewhere... 👍👍👍
