The 530d was chipped lci 235 hp stock, chipped 270

so... who won? :) is the camera in 530 or 535?

are they both auto ? my 280hp 650nm e60 2003 (originally 218hp)manual can easily give the 535d a run for its money,theres nothing in it ,looking at getting a 535d (380hp possible when chipped) and 700nm ,from a diesel ,lol ,wizards of nos do a kit for the 535d (150hp) boost if you wanna go real crazy too so a 530hp diesel would be a monster ,wish you could use the twin turbo on the earlier 530ds

My 530d is remapped to 300bhp and a 535d can't even touch it. UK cars run different specs perhaps?

You probably have m57n2 engine which is revised version of the engine in this video. Remap does better gains (+20/30hp depending on tuner from m57).

Why is everyone comparing st220's to a 535d ? different league.

lci models way better got my 530d to 370hp, 720nm torque with catless downpipe, egr/dpf removal, proper chip, hybridturbo, bigger intercooler, m50d railpressure sensor and r90 fuelpump. Stock nozzles. The problem with the prelci model is the nozzles they are way too small.

@@piovo5222 today it has 468hp, 973nm torque with bigger hybridturbo, modified r90, darkside railpressure sensor and regulator 2400bar, full roster 3’ straightpipe and custom turbo outlet, inlet also had to upgrade clutch to adamat perf, with bilet flywheel since its manual

@@piovo5222also the injectors were modified by local expert, didnt make much of a change the injectors limit is 468hp stock should be around 440-450

you wouldnt have.ST's aint quick enough.i know cause i drive one.totally bored with it now.looking for a 530d,chipped. now thats z bit quicker.nicer to drive as well.mondy's comfortable tho.gearboxes are shite

I would have thought it would have been a bit closer than that. But i will say them 535d pull like fuck on a motorway. i tryed my luck against a 535d m-sport in my ST220. I had two passengers the bmw had none. It walked away from me nothing i could do simply not enough torque. I dont know if i would of kept up if i never had two passengers. But there are nice cars though

Never underestimate a BMW diesel engine! I had a stage 2 mapped 335d F60 and it was consistently faster than my mates Focus RS, especially from a standing start. I'd even just shade a standard BMW M3 with the 4L V8 up to about 100mph and then they would creep by!

Well i make right on the gearbox, slave cylinder jobbie. I had a good go that 535d it didnt mop the floor with me, i always change the plugs every year, oil 6months news filters and all that stuff, use full synthetic oil magnatech ,,for all my cars..The engine done 49k Pulls like a frieght train, Just keeps the revs up when going against a diesel, dont get caught with yourpants down, ie like cruising in 6 gear, My ST been maped nothing else. use premium unleaded and good tyres less roll resist

I personaly become disgruntled with the cost of running a car, get squeezed everywhere, I gave some thought to skoda vrs octavia 2010 onwards shape, but im swaying by resale value, i took a kick in the nuts with the mondeo resale value, ouch so im looking along the lines of 320d m sport, i wait till end of year i heard disel an petrol price gonna rocket, might end of 118d or eco shit box, aygo, at this rate, you be branded insane for anything over a 3cylinder 1litre, with this government
