Hell of a comparison, it might not sound like the best e46 but I’d love to know how a 4 cylinder could ever sound like a straight 6. I thought it was decent, but it’s hard to gauge through video audio

I don’t think he understands your question. Just take a measuring tape and record the length (inches) from the point you are going to cut off the OEM pipe all the way to the point you want the new pipe to connect back to the OEM PIPE. For example for my muffler delete I used two 24 inch pipes with some chrome exhaust tips that made the fitment come out of the bumper about 1/2 of an inch.
