Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Putting a spec stage 3+ clutch in my n54 335xi and a new flywheel this was definitely one of the hardest things I had to do and I did it twice. Thanks for watching make sure you give the video a like and subscribe !!

    I have the spec stage 3+ clutch on mine n I like it! A little heavier than stock but otherwise good! I did have to raise my idle as the chatter was a little annoying! Cool video, enjoy it!

    I hope the f30 has a way to get the shifter off because that will be a really complicated situation to get the shifter linkage unhooked with this transfer case in the way

    I did have issues with the pressure plate, someone had obviously dropped it and slightly bent one side, I only noticed when I was packing it up to send it back, it was binding and not releasing the clutch, I put my release bearing on the low side as per what spec had said to do!

    Was your oem TO bearing in the high position? Also if you do a vin lookup was your car built in the USA? I’m having a similar problem but I can barely get into gear the clutch is still somewhat engaged for me… thanks

    Hey nice job man. It's been a few weeks now. How's the clutch now? You still like it? I have a N55 E90 that is going to need a clutch soon and I'm looking at this as I eventually plan on going either Pure 2 or top mount. How's the driveability around town? Sub'd as a thanks for putting out a great diy!

    Thanks a lot and I only got to drive it about 300 miles because I’m only home on the weekends. But the grab point is really low and easier to stall for me but there’s alot of different things people say about it but it’s a tad stiffer but still good for a daily. I’ll give you a update once I do some pulls in it, thanks alot for subscribing!

    How did you bleed the new clutch slave?

  • @suzukigsxr6006

    @suzukigsxr6006

    2 жыл бұрын

    bleed the slave on the bench top first. fill with fluid using a syringe. pump it a little, and fill it some more. that way its pretty much bleed. when you disconnect the clutch line on the car make sure you swap it over to the new slave without losing too much brake fluid. You can have someone pour more fluid for you too. dont get the clutch line emptied because they are a pain to bleed fully. so dont take off the old slave until the new one ready to put on. If you blew up the old slave and lost all your fluid, you might need to try to reverse bleed it by using a big syringe (250mL - 500mL) and filling from the bottom nipple and pushing fluid to the top brake reservoir.
