Did the 330i m perf exhaust fit without any modifications? Is the pipe diameter the same?

Greg Dekerckheer excuse my English. there is a piece that reduces the diameter. because don't exist the muffler for bmw 320 m performance. in real life the sound is very nice :)

dontony84 thanks, I just ordered a 420i GC and am deciding between the 430i m perf and the 440i stock exhaust. Both should need the reducer then. What is the diameter of the 320i pipe? Thanks for your help!

Greg Dekerckheer great choice is very beautiful the 420i . I do not know the exact diameter has commanded my mechanic. the difference is small 2 to 3 mm smaller than the 320 to 330

Woher hast du diesen Auspuff und wieviel hat er gekostet. Ich habe auch einen Bmw 320i f30 und will auch sowas

@dontony84 Hallo Tony, ich habe festgestellt, dass dein bmw die gleichen Geräusche macht, wie mein bmw. Weißt du zufällig was diese Fahrrad Klingel Geräusch ist sobald man vom Gas geht beziehungsweise schaltet? Die Werkstatt hört das Problem nicht aber mich macht das kirre. Viele Grüße Chris

dontony84 oh excuse me. I have found out that your bmw makes the same sounds as my bmw. Do you know what this bicycle bell sound is when you step on the gas or when you switch the gear? The guy from the workshop doesn't hear the problem but I do and it drives me crazy. Any guesses or solutions ? Thanks for your fast answer.

The sound is so good. But, How to adapt different diameter of the tubes from 420 to the M performance exaust originally designed for 430? (there are 1cm of the difference) Beside, are there any changes to the engine output power? Will warning signal show up?

Thank you very much for such information. You really got a very good team for doing that. I hope my mechanics can solve the problem as well, and soon I will get a nice hearing 420! How about the engine power? Are there any difference when driving? Will some error signals or fault light show up?

inside you can hear little because the car is soundproofed

Is the 2.0l b48 ? 184 hp ? Because actualy, the 330i and 320i have the same engine, (2.0l b48)

Makaveli The difference is not big from inside the car. from outside it feels better. 800 euro is not expensive. My muffler is 1700 Swiss Frank 1500 euro.... if you want a lot of noise, buy akrapovic but is very expensive

what about exhaust valve? is it all time opened?

It always opens because the BMW 320i F30 2015 has no valve

for models after June 2015 is the same muffler. 328i becomes 330i (in switzerland)

at BMW. it's a muffler for 328/330 modify for my 320

Last time I checked the 320i came with a single exhaust, so that wasn't a stock exhaust?

Yes my double exhaust was standard for Switzerland and Germany.

The pre facelift used the n20 engine in the 320i hence the single exit after 2015 the b48 was used and then a twin exit exhaust also came with it 👍🏻
