The lights in the handguard would be an indicator, if you look further, the same bike has the indicators removed at the front, which would normally be either side of the front radar panel. You can compare it with the bike without the lights in the handguards and the normal position of the indicators. A lane assist system uses 2 lines symbol in the instrument cluster when the system is on and the system requires cameras to work. The bike has radar cruise which is what the icon indicates, it's a different type of system to lane assist. The phone is mounted in BMW's connected ride cradle, it's an accessory which is already available.

Thank you for sharing your insights, but I think everything we see in these images from the body, molding, frame, lighting, windscreen, etc is installed to obscure the bike. It's likely that the only new piece that will make it to production is the engine. And as others pointed out, the phone holder is the BMW Connected Ride Cradle which is available now from BMW.

Are you no longer going to make a lowering kit for your Lone Rider Moto Pegs? I’m 6 foot 4 and bought your Moto Pegs because pre launch you spoke about possibility of creating a lowering kit at a later date.

Regarding the lights in the hand guards, my guess would be that they are for red and blue strobes. Several police forces that I know of are starting to buy the GS model for patrol, it would make sense for BMW to make a police version.

I open the video and it had 1 view after I watched it😂 never seen that before. If you are looking for suggestions for new products then I think there would be a demand for height adjustable or just lowered foot pegs (for all LC GSs). One other thing I’ve pointed out to Anna over email was that your website preview in accessories - velcros for the bags have polish flag in preview photo but you actually don’t sell them. Either remove it or start selling the PL ones as this is misleading. Little thing but I was disappointed that I needed to outsource to get my moto bags, overlander and mini bags customised

ACC & blind spot is a given... lane assist is a tweak extra for sure and BMW knows it's riders will pay for it. Electric windscreen would be cool.

Really interesting. With the way they have left so much visible but only in small bits they appear to be deliberately drip feeding information to tanatalise and create greater interest.

No rear tail light, just multifunction indicators.

The seat is ridiculously low causing (for me) a painful knee angle) - I would want a higher seat AND lower foot pegs🕊️

Weight is 225kg dry 250 wet, very similar to 1250

I like the hard cases, I would prefer them over the large aluminum cases. Also the front of the to me looks camouflaged, I hope the production bike is different. Thanks for sharing 👍🏽

I think I skip the 1300 , what's next ...a 1350? I decided to ditch the gold ole' first gen 1250 and settle for a KTM 890 Adventure - riding a 200K bike is much more fun and better geared towards the intended purpose of going off the beaten path every now and then

In B.M.W's effort to try and match the power of the Harley Davidson Pan America. They must of said to themselves Lets build an even heavier motorcycle to make it even more useless for off road riding. Surely no one can keep calling the GS an adventure motorcycle (what ever that means) Its just become another highway cruiser, and there are many better bikes equipped for that purpose are there not?

The 1300 is supposed to be lighter than the 1250 according to the rumors I’ve heard. Something about an aluminum frame as well. We shall see… Do you even own a GS? If you did you’d never say that bilge about the GS being a highway cruiser. There’s videos of a 5 foot tall woman picking up a GS like a boss here on KZread. I was surprised by the number of women GS &GS Adventure riders there are when I attended my first BMW MOA rally. I guess they don’t think they’re to heavy.

I know what we’re looking at is not the production motorbike, however this is massively butt-ugly. Maybe they went too far, and flew too close to the sun 😮?
