Don't take that 1rupee from conductors, that don't hurt us . Bmtc drivers and conductors get very Less salary compared to their work(hard).

I am the regular traveller in BMTC and extremely happy on their service. I would like to thank Raisin George for bringing this story.

Yeah in terms of bus service , DTC busses in delhi sucks . But it terms of Metro Delhi Metro is best

1)Please provide the recharge cards like metro,so that passengers can avoid fight with those rowdy conductors 2)The bus drivers are in hurry that they won't give stops and also they won't allow students inside the bus as we have student pass 😡 3) Atleast give some respect to passengers,only because of us they are paid. 4)Pickpocketers can't be avoided but add some police personels in some bus stands so that pick pocketing can be avoided 4)Most of the buses are not pollution under control (PUC), that has to done periodically 5)Most of accidents are caused due bus driver negligence,take strict actions against them. Some buses shut down in the middle road it causes traffic jam.. But even though we'hv some loop holes I can proudly say NAMMA BMTC is the best due to because it's the largest bus network in the world with an average ticket price and also it's safe for womens😄

Being an outsider I do believe it's a convenient way to commute on a daily basis and it's commendable how well it is managed in Bangalore.

Hats off to the drivers. They drive in lanes where we are scared to take our cars even. Insane skills 🙏 Wish the last mile connectivity is sorted across the suburbs. All the best BMTC 👍

I respect the bus drivers but would never respect the cab drivers and rickshaw wala's they are filled with Rowdies.

What about the conductors. They are pure robbers. If you ask the balance amount and they came to know that you from another state, then they will not mind you to beat in public. Such a pigs. If you ask the ticket amount they will say that 25rs for 24rs. If you have 4rs in change also they doesn't ask for it. Never saw such a scam and robbery in any other state. BMTC conductors are shameful to the whole Karnataka and the nation. I haven't seen any Kannadiga having guts to stand with the victims till now.

@@anuragkulkarni2929 I have nothing to say on this kinda attitude. And I never checked the water which I am using is either from Ganga or Kaveri, or the air which I am breathing is coming from. And not joining in a protest doesn't make any sense to discriminate others. Politicians make water disputes between states and all for their own gain only and don't think that is on the people's interest. As like Karnataka is having dispute on Kaveri, we Kerala and Tamilnadu also have 3 or 4 issues. But I never heard of any Tamilians facing an issue in Kerala because of that. One thing I can assure you is that the conductor thing won't happen in my hometown. If someone is facing such issues in front of me, at least I will support them and try to make sure that it won't happen again. This is India and we respect the diversity. If you are finding joy by seeing someone looting makes you someone like them only. The thing which I said above is on the basis of my own experience. From me itself more than ten times they made money like that. I saw them doing the same thing to other peoples also. Unfortunately I doesn't know much Kannada, but when I questioned them once by seeing a conductor doing the same to a Gujarathi or Bihari, he came to slap on both of us. He know that both of us doesn't know Kannada much. If there was a Kannadiga for help, he won't do that. Those who are coming from other states doesn't know the exact bus fare. If we ask also they won't tell the actual one. If we tell them that we have change after they will scold. Do u wanna like to hear that the Karnataka a land of thieves. At least we don't like to hear about any states in India. That is all I know.

No dought in Bmtc is awsome. But Metro kelsa complete agbeku which will reduce traffic..

If the ticket is 5 rupees.. and you give 10 rupees.. forget about the change 😂

Please don't generalise BMTC like that. Lot of bus conductors take responsibility to return the change back to the passengers. I have been traveling in BMTC since my childhood. It is one of the best transport corporation.

This is almost 2 years old. A lot has changed. I don’t wanna judge but I would say it still has scope to improvement.

Bmtc, ksrtc along with bmrcl will be awesome to see. Hope it'll come out in just right time.

Conductor didn't give 80 rupees change wrote on backside of ticket and I forgot to collect last week while traveling in bmtc.might have happened to lot of guys.should urge bmtc to have a ticketing system like metro.

@Pop_ Eye i will agree if the change is more like 5 or 6s but for 19 or 29 every one cant provide exact change and giving 1rs back is simple task,even that also if they dont have change fine but still they dont even think about to give it thats my concern,once i asked for the change and one of the conductor didnt said no change instead of that he started behaving rudely like for 1 or 2 rs you are asking these are the things makes me to feel bad, rude behavior is with few of the conductors but not all,but change 99%conductors are not giving

After experiencing the horrible service of public buses in Hyderabad, I am in love with namma KSRTC! BMTC buses stop for the customer to board and alight safely, Hyderabad TSRCT is haphazard and unsafe.

Yes BMTC are life line of Bangalore. But i like to inform one thing that I was travelling in G2 Bus from Sarjapur to MG Road. This bus conductors are worst. At night 10pm G2 is the only bus to my destination. Every day they deny that bus will not go there. During day time they deny and tell its lunch time. G2 drivers and conductors are not doing fair things. Even i informed to customer care, they are not changed yet.

Saw the title and expected something negative. I was wrong! It's a breath of fresh air and I love namma BMTC ❤️

Have travelled all of the states across India no matter wat Bmtc/Ksrtc stands out shining.

KSRTC's system of competition among the decentralised departments running buses side by side is causing back problems to lot of regular travellers. Drivers tend to drive fast through the bad roads and cause this problem.

I Respect alot I travel everyday by BMTC

You are showing only AC buses. Look at non AC buses, condition is pathetic. Conductors are rude and abusive towards north people. And they never give back change less than 5 rs

I still haven't got my Rs 1 twice for the bus ride i took (ticket fair is Rs 29 and conductor happily charged me Rs 30). When i asked the conductor to write-up the balance on my ticket he acted like an innocent kid who won't understand what i was saying. I request the BMTC authorities to come up with an alternative payment method or make the ticket price to Rs 30 doing so will stop corruption and also add revenue to BMTC coffers. Such a shame for the conductors and helplessness of the commuters.

I had written to BMTC two years ago with suggestions , I got a response that they will look into it, but I have yet to see some improvement. The ridership can go up by 100% if my suggestions were taken up.

I also use bmtc service on daily basis.. Since last three years Iam a women and the thing I hate is women being prioritized more.... I mean women can sit anywhere they wish.. Even in the men's seat but whenever men are being seated in the women's seat along with any of their family women, they are being sent back to the men's seat by other women passengers and sometimes by conductors also. This happened lot of times with my brother and dad when they sit with me. This is so irritating

Not only BMTC our TMT,BEST,VVCMC is also in the queue and they has to be in the list...........

BMTC is doing a very good service but what issues I found it being a commuter is that there is lack of frequency,4 to 5 buses come at a time and after waiting for 30 minutes there are no buses which creates a sense of frustration for commuters

Worst traffic in Bangalore. To travel 8-10km it takes more than hours. Daily 2-3 hours of time has been wasted in traffic. Day-by-day IT sector is growing, more population. In order to control some IT sector should be shifted to some other places in North part of Karnataka.

It's not at all like this ...in AC buses they won't provide change to passengers .I'm in blr for 3yrs female conductors r very rude . instead of giving change I am having enough AMT to travel in ac bus,she asked me to get down from bus .I don't know y bmtc bus conductors r behaving like this

Really appreciate the services BMTC offers. The title of the video is however misleading. It's not what people think but what the organisation offers and their vision.

I should say that I have had many worst behaviour of both driver and conductor at many occasions. I will narrate few unforgettable experience. 1. Once I was getting into the bus and the lady conductor was standing near the door but never bothered to see that I was still almost bear the steps of the bus. I had just put one foot in the first step she said right!!! I was about to fall down. When I 0bjected ...the lady conductor just kept arguing that I had to tell her to stop till I got in. She behaved very rude arguing that I had to ask the driver as to why he started the bus before I got in and it wasn't her responsibility . When I asked what if had fallen down and something bad happened.. she said "ಏನ್ ಮಾಡಕ್ಕಾಗುತ್ತೆ ಸತ್ರೆ.. ಆಗುತ್ತೆ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಸರಿ" ( what can be done if you die, sometimes it happens!) 2. The bus that I boarded was not stopped at the bus stop and I was standing near the middle door of the bus.. to get down , and when the bus didn't stop I asked the driver to stop the bus when he started to shout at me that I had to come to the front door and ask him to stop or I had to get down at the signal.. or he wouldn't stop.. and the conductor who had issued the the ticket to that stop was shouting that he couldn't remember who had to get down where..!!! So the stop us given depending upon the passenger otherwise no stop? Wow!!! 3. This happened just 2 days ago .. I gave the conductor 10 rupee coin for the ticket to metro.. he said ..no!he shouted that he can't take the coin, the coin is banned ( according to him) I clarified it's not banned , also I didn't have any change.. he started yelling at me saying that he wouldn't take that even if the CM came and also started interrogating me why and from where n from whom I took that coin.. humiliating me in the bus. I had no option but to call hoysala police to spot . The police came and told him that he wasn't supposed to deny from accepting the unbanned currency. The conductor to agreed to issue the ticket after wasting enough time. So there has to be the interference of police, law and ministers for such irresponsible unprofessionals!!!! My question is that when he accepted the same coin after the police came why couldn't he accept at the first place..!?!? Why all these dramas?? I HV also seen very few pakka professional drivers and conductors also.. But most of them are ridiculous who think that their duty is their favour to public!!! Department look into this !!!! ALL THIS AFORESAID EXPERIENCE IS WITHIN JUST 7 MONTHS TO ME. CALCULATE THE RATIO ..AND TRAIN THEM TO BEHAVE!!

Some of the buses are old. BMTC can introduce small sleek buses that can navigate easily. And most of BMTC buses stop plying after 10pm could extend till 12pm.

19 rs , 22 rs 9 rs ticket fare I never got those remaining amount some times I will not get ticket even I pay money this happen s if you commuting for short distance . 50 percent of conductors doing this because of this rest are get affected . This should be noted by govt

Bus stops are right after the signal and BMTC has not made any changes One such stop is at navrang signal Since the road is small it creates chaos since the green signal is so short Can the BMTC look into all this and make necessary changes

Those ladies who sit in gents seat should also be fine and mainly driver and conductor should behavior should be good

u are ryt, because numbers are also confusing, every bus has number and alphabet combination, for ex 401m is going from point a to b but 401c from a to c , in that situation the destination is also not mentioned in english, so it becomes painful to travel in bus

Ac bus conductor are more gentle and well mannered to other state people
