my message chair doesn't even turn on? whenever I unplug and plug the power, the screen will say returning, and then 2 led lines nothing happens after that. power on/off does not respond at all! please help.

Rommel Ramos I emailed the company, they are going to ship me the main board! They believes thats the problem.
