I wonder if serral could have made it in that late game when clem had only 3/4 bases. Seems really hard to break a terran that camp with ghost tanks libs.

you need to cast more bly. always a blast to watch him

I think that after the contain if Bly took every base and made about 100 workers then he could have thrown away units for 45 minutes before GG'ing

I honestly think if Bly went for mutas at 15mins instead of broods and forced Clem to defend his back as well he could have continued to dry him up.

Broods are fine and scale better. He needed much more Viper play and definitely not a Ultra transition. Maybe lurkers or just more Infrstor Brood with Vipers. Besides just being slow on the macro early where he could have just gotten an insurmountable lead, he was just way to slow to upgrade things like Adrenal glands

@@Pistallion1 but broods are also very counterable by well microed ghosts, and Clem is literally the best at that. Sometimes you play the game, sometimes you play the man

Bly needs to coach Serral. If he could transition that early game into a Serral late game, it would be epic.

Boy, opening my eyes on the stone age facts! Does seem like a rough time to have lived. Though I do think I could handle it for at least a little bit. Surely they still had indoor plumbing after all.... Right?

Harstem, can you make a short video on you take on that state of balance for ghosts? Clem definitely outplayed Bly here but the last few months from my perspective as a non-pro player it's pretty stale watching mass ghost end games with no viable counters seemingly. Are they IMBA?

a nice game overall, but it just showed just how hard it is to kill a terran, their defense is just too hard to pierce through, even for pros it looks like

Terran has EMP, Protoss has Feedback, Zerg has no way of draining energy Perhaps that is a reason why Zerg seems to struggle so much in lategame ZvT?

With neural, they also have EMP. It's not nearly as good as EMP but neither is feedback which might aswell not exist against ghosts.

I am sorry to say that, but this was not the best game. Unusual? *Yes* , because we have Bly presenting us another crazy build order, and *no* , because in my memory every single game with Bly on this channel except one has exactly one scenario: he throws his stuff at a semi-competent opponent, fails to kill him and then completely crumbles as he has no meaninful follow-up. From the viewer's perspective it's just another "Perry the platypus" / "Wunschpunsch" /"pinky and the brain" episode. Imagine he steamrolled Clem of all terrans with his execution, now this is a DECISIVE banger! But one can only dream. Besides, as Sun Tzu said: "there's no problem tanks, liberators, and 21 ghosts cannot solve"

Bly has a good ideas but his execution and follow ups are... Questionable. The first map build in a hands of good zerg would be a blast

Not sure why this would have been recommended heavily. Is was very boring after the first 5 minutes and even those werent brimming with excitement.
