I'm glad I could help. It was the first thing I noticed in 2024 when I recorded a video. I was very confused why it was so blurry.

I was away from my channel for a year and was flabbergasted after upgrading Camtasia to 2024. thanks for the tip! It's not allowing me to remove it from every clip, but I will continue playing with it. EDIT: I was able to delete the proxy after restarting the app. Thanks again!

It's the first thing I noticed when I used 2024. I had to record a video about it :)

I was perplexed because my video was playing perfectly on my VCL player, but as soon as I set it on my 2024 time line it blurred. Thanks for your tip -- all fixed in a jiffy.

Yes, you can turn it on / off any time. You need to do it for each piece of media, the same way I show in the video 😀
