Just installed one of these kits on a 2007 JDM GS430. Works as it says on the tin. Instructions are the same for the RHD car too.

@@gtacarkits hello I am wanting to use this product in my 2006 gs300 without navigation .unfortunately i tried another product that didnt work because it only works with gs300 with navigation only. will your bluetooth product work with 06 gs300 w/o nav or is the nav a must ?

FYI: 10-11s have BT in the unit. No tape though.

since the car already comes with call Bluetooth, say i wanted to install this kit just for the Bluetooth and aux for music, can i skip the microphone installation entirely so I don't have that black dot op my pillar?

Old comment, but yes if you have a reasonably new phone you can use bluetooth settings on your phone, then set the gta car kit to play media only and the built in hands free to play calls only I just finished installing the kit and using these settings it switches between the two automatically, so i didn't even have to install the microphone our aux cable, just plug the box in and done.

the usb there that he said "is for extra charging" you can most likely plug your normal phone charger into it and charge your phone and have an aux wire, i know some cars that have a usb like that for their aux so i assume this is the same, just have to get a new phone charger for yourself and put ur old one in the car.

I know this is late, but for anyone else who ends up here, yes this works. The bluetooth switching is all controlled by your phone. You can go in to your phones settings for the GTA bluetooth connection and disable it for phone usage while keeping it enabled for media playback. You do not need to modify the gs350 phone bluetooth settings as it only has the phone option available. Tested all this with a modern android phone, no clue if this is possible on iOS devices, but i would guess it most likely is. Easy enough to test if you have some other device for bluetooth media playback such as earbuds or a speaker.

After installing the kit won't be able to play CDS no more ?

I serious thought about this but what's the point when they have Bluetooth radio receivers already. why is this better?

Chia Lee The factory Bluetooth works for phone calls but does not stream music.

@@84stoney You can still play your music on the phone via Bluetooth without going through all the stress. I just bought this GS450H for work purposes my iPhone music work via the Bluetooth sold with the car.
