U did not make it right with this brush. Look pls Phillips Diamond Care commercials. You dont have to operate with this brush as with the ordinary brush moving it all along the mouth back and forth up and down... It works different way...

Thanks I have now learnt that with the comments on this video. I think because I've never used a sonic brush before it felt to me like it wasn't doing much unless I moved it around.

Do not care for sonic toothbrushes. Too much tickle. I'll stick with Oral B.

I think I prefer Oral B brushes, it's just what I'm used to. It seems to be personal preference some people swear by sonic toothbrushes but I'm more used to the manual action of Oral B.
