I always have problems with the baking time when I try other recipients (maybe my oven just sucks) but this one, the 20-25 minutes actually worked. Totally try this recipe

I will make the salt less as it came out a bit salty but nice

My pastry is not running as yours, and only made 4 muffins

When baking these I accidentally put them in at 190°F bc I forgot to transfer the time, it’s 375°F for stateside folk like me!😅😅😅

Don’t give up. Happens to us all. When it happened to me a couple of times someone suggested I replace my scale. That was the problem. Now I have fun baking. ❤
