    It's located in chakri and you have purchased land in 2018.2019,2020. At that time,land rates were very low and your management got engaged in building monuments etc. and did not pay attention towards delivery of plots. Now bwc management is paying attention towards delivery but development charges are very high due to negligence of bwc management because they delayed development process and now bwc management is trying to get heavy development charges.thats not fair.bwc management should accept its negligency.

    Nazir sb 2017 se ap ka project start hay aur ap abhi tak NOC naheen le sakay. Pehlay NOC lain. 2- BWC k plots yand files ki qeemat minus main ja rahi hay. Beharia us waqat development charges lagata hay jab ap k plot ki qeemat 3 se 4 guna ho jay. Ap k plots aur files minus main ja rahay hain.

    Dear BWC Management, You're implementing heavy DC on the plots, which is not bearable at the moment due to financial crisis. Firstly, you need to be work on NOC as your brother Naeem Ejaz in the commanding position to engage upper management of current government to obtain the NOC but you guys just focusing to get the money from the customers/clients. Being a overseas citizen, I am also worried to put my all hard Halal sweating money in to the project where official land documents are yet awaited and even though no body talks about it from the BWC management that we are working on it to satisfy the clients. MAY ALLAH GIVE YOU STRENGTH AND EMAAN TO DELIVER THIS GIGANTIC PROJECT (Ameen).
