Sir first of all I can feel your emotions but RDA has issued numerous legal notices against the society from 2019 till date but still different marketing companies managed to hide those facts from the people specially the overseas and that’s why you fell into the trap but society owner has announced some new policies and updates check my recent video and decide accordingly

@@saadikahani BWC ka NOC islie clear nahi hai because RDA aur TMA k beech mai land ko le ker jurisdiction ka case high court mein chal raha hae. Issi lie pehle RDA aur phir TMA ka NOC cancelled hua. Abhi NOC ki documentatiom PHATA mei submitted hai, and its status is Pending!
