Out of all I have seen I think I like your home the best. I build small homes for a living. Small is the future. A couple questions and a suggestion. What if any insulation is in the floor? If cities require fire sprinklers, can those be waived because of the nature of this structure? A couple suggestions would be to stay small and specialize in only small structures and add a second bathroom. One bathroom makes your home functionally obsolete right off the bat.....maybe pitch the roof more.

Can this be transfered to Africa, Europe or the caribbean? I really like this build. I am no architect by the way. Always looking for something thing like this; simple, contemporary and environmentally sustainable. How much (average price) to build a two bed, two bathroom dwelling with a studio space?

do you have other floor plans--more like 1000 square--or is each one a custom build--very interested

What if I want the walls to be load bearing? And what if I want a traditional 2 sided roof?, What if I want a basement and two bedroom upstairs loft? And lastly, what if I want the house to be 30 feet by 15 feet inside wall to wall? . . . . How will metal fare in southeastern Ohio on hilly soft ground? Rust is a thing here, there is moisture in the air.

are those SIP panel walls?

dont pitch the roof you will ruin it---its a style --and hides the solar better--just offer two baths --and smaller square footage---im an electrician--what do you put in there mc cable--conduit--or romex?---seems mc would be a good fit--less toxic and more renewable---awesome product
