Blue Nail Polish Periwinkle Blue + 2 Pacific Blue Dupes

Here are swatches of my favorite blue nail polishes, including Revlon /Colorstay Gel Envy Wild Card 440 and Sally Girl Epic Blue, both of which are great dupes for Sally Hansen Pacific Blue. My manicure in this video is Sally Girl Epic and Sinful Colors Hottie 831, which is the glitter polish I used just on one accent nail. Epic has a pretty PERIWINKLE BLUE color that goes well with the LIGHT BLUE of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Babe Blue.
I also show: Sally Hansen Real Gel Polish in Blue My Mind and Loreal Royally Yours (a light, milky baby blue color). Two colors I didn't mention shown, but not mentioned in the video is another Sinful Colors Steely Metallic Blue and a Revlon deep midnight blue creme polish. Unfortunately, both broke in an "incident" and poured out all over my wood floor! I could dig up the color names for you, if anyone desperately wants to know.

Love the Babe Blue
My sister and I grabbed a handful of the Sally Girl mini nail polishes at Sally's Beauty supply store and we can't open ANY of them!? Is this an issue you've experienced before? In fact, I don't think anyone will be able to open them. Any suggestions?

Wrap a rubber band around the nail polish cap to get extra grip. It works for me every time.

+roadaroom I haven't had that issue, but the suggestion by goddess461 sounds like a good one.

Place the bottle in a cup or hot water and it will soften any polish near the lid
What basecoat do you use?
