Oh my gosh, I love this oil so much! Just got finished teaching my live class tonight on the Serenity Sleep System kicking things off with the new Softgels and I think it helped me through! I was diffusing Adaptiv (my absolute favorite blend in the whole world) and practically drenching myself in it to be fully prepared for tonight but I also applied Blue Lotus under my eyes and took in the aroma. To me, it's a sweet floral scent, soft and beautiful...not overpowering sweet at all like some perfumes I've smelled in the past. Usually I use it on my face at night before bedtime and it actually makes me feel beautiful and think lovely thoughts as I go to sleep. I should try applying it over my heart and see what that does. Mild, soft floral❤

It smells like very slight earthiness but mainly floral, almost like baby powder like and heavy and light same time. Hopefully that makes sense.

I love it I’m male and mostly use in diffuser by my bed at nite. But when I use it on my wrist at first it’s very lite and floral then changes to deeper tone almost cinnamony. When I first ordered. Company sent me a few capsules. I haven’t taken them. Kinda cautious. Is it safe?

I put some on my wrist but it fades quickly.

For me it has extremely mild smell. I cannot smell much of nothing, It is so mild that the smells around me and the FCO may be blocking the smell. I was thinking it is way too diluted, I have not smelled it at full strength so maybe it is just a real mild smell.

Can you take it orally?
