No, it was 613 . Sometimes when over saturating this royal navy color, It can almost appear blue black .

I’m not a fan of Shimmer Lights anymore because it leaves either the unit hair or real hair dry. Shimmer Lights is not a moisture-based shampoo; it’s only a toning shampoo.

The dyes he's using are conditioning then he uses silicone mix after on the units. But I agree on it being drying .. I cant dye my wig right now and noticed the dryness. Also can't condition until after I dye it😂 Not sure the remedy for natural hair though
