claro si, es que los trompetistas leen un tono arriba. si tocan un re de trompe suena un do. porque es un instrumento transpositor. como el clarinete , saxo

Correct, the tab/sheet is transposed a whole tone up because that's how Bb clarinet fingerings work. If you want a concert C version you should look for it in C minor.

Exactly! Half diminished. Tendría que ser un Em7b5 o sea, semi disminuido.

needs a sharp C ( C#) bar 6 actually the note begins up last beat bar 5 when A7b9 is played

The original melody note (for Bb instruments) at bar 6 is C natural, the blue note #9 of A7, hence the title "Blue Bossa". This works even if the chord has a b9, as b9 and #9 can be used together over a dominant seventh chord. Of course, a C#, the major third of A7 also sounds nice and can be used alternatively here.

I would like it if there was more clarity on when to start playing...I've listen to the original song for reference but now I'm just confused.

Play what's on the sheet twice (32 bars), then piano takes their solo for the same length (32 bars), then you take a solo for 16 bars, play/solo the last line 3x.
