Got Ui by chance on the current S.Izuna banner. I've heard how people say she's really good, but I did find the 5 skill cost to be somewhat high. Good to know it lasts for 2 EX uses & gets its cost dropped down to 3 on max though. She looks like she will enable a lot of units that are strong, but otherwise be unusable due to their high skill cost, like regular Hina.

Pulled today after a hiatus of 3 days... Didn't even knew she was that useful, only pulled due to her cute look ("Must protect at all cost") Went broke but happy (Unlike with New year Mutsuki...), so... yeah, just wanted to share, and keep it up with this great video format

wasn't gonna pull for her at first but after doing the event story I thought she was too cute and had to roll for her. Good to know how best to use her thank you for the info

Unfortunatelly I have to let UI go, since I just got Koharu and am saving for the Arius squad (or at least some of them) and maybe a tanker girl since I dont have one yet. Pity counter not carrying over to the next banner is painful mechanic that I have not experienced before.

@@Yui_can when you get 200 pulls done within a banner's timeframe, you can exchange any of the banner girls. If you don't exchange your points, your pity will be reset to 0 and you'll be given as many crafting materials as many points as you accumulated.

Pulled on these banners, needed to spark for her. Got aris and a dupe which is maki (ugh), now i only have 29k pyroxene and a ticket saved for the upcoming banners. I am planning to skip iroha unfortunately, the rabbit platoon and the arius squad, i will go straight for hoshino, izuna, and chise's banners (Swimsuit ver), i might also go for nonomi swim suit banner, or maybe even atsuko. Sad life, only 29k (230~ pulls) left.

Thank you for nice video. Got Ui at 15th multis then Hinata at next multi. Think about Pity anyway. Question: Who should you make a Pity? Ui? Or not much of a diffrerence?

dont pity any of them unless u are a try hard then pity Ui. Ui is already usable at 3star, lvling her to 4star only slightly increase her hp and at 5star her is more tanky but tbh her 5star is not worth it since its always better to give eleph to dps unit instead of support unit

Update from Koharu, finally got her with 200 pulls, just one copy and wasted every single pyroxenes i could find. Gonna skip charaters for a long time including UI. I'm prioritizing S. Hoshino and Midori, midori since i used Momoi a lot. Hopefully can recover to pity when Hoshino banner came

I sparked Koharu too, thought I'd get her within a 100, now I lack pyro to spark Ui so I'm skipping her. I'm thinking about going for Iroha too but I want to roll a lot on SHoshino banner

Approaching banners as being "must pull", no matter how many pyros you have, is a mistake. No matter how meta/waifu a student is, in pure probabilistic terms you should NEVER* pull on a banner if you can't spark the student, since there's more than a 30% chance you won't get her and just waste your pyros. If it makes you fell really anxious, you can try your luck and waste 10-20 pulls, but only if you know you can replace the pyros by the time the next meta/waifu banner comes up. *The only exception are banners like Wakamo's, which have an overall 3-star student rate up.

@@DIASENREDS I don't think she's as universally usable as Ako, but if you pair her with the high EX cost students mentioned in the video, she might be the difference between being able to clear some insane raids or not. If that's your case, then she's 100% a must pull.

Supposedly the first 2 arius units will be releasing around 1/3- ending 1/17 And the 3rd one will release 1/17- ending on 1/31. Abyos summer event starts that same day. So S.Nonomi/S.Wakamo starts at 1/31 and ends on 2/14. There might be a period where a rerun of a banner comes not sure since the image that was shown around of estimated dates suggests that S.Hoshino will arrive at 2/28-ending 3/4 Following after that date is S.Izuna/S.chise on the 3/4- ending on 3/14.

@@honeybiscuit39 as a F2P. Hm, well there’s a thread about for the patch notes for this event/banner units on the blue archive Reddit. Seems like from now on for the time being every new banner/maintenance period we’ll receive a free 10X pull ticket. You can keep these tickets as they don’t have expiration date. I assume you can store as much as you can. Though overall not entirely sure if from here on out they will no longer give out pyros as compensation. (So take that with a grain of salt.) but again if 10X tickets are going to be the compensation that we’ll be getting going forward you can use these at any point or horde them. You can consider buying monthly pass as that’ll also be a good option.

Time to build Hasumi from now on.

On team 1 Borrow Izuna with Sunglasses, replace Asuna and Serina with Kotori and Kotama or Ako. Team 2 bring your Izuna, Serina and Airi. replace Chise with Asuna. You'll need Serina to reposition, so that none of them would die and skill cost recovery will be goes fine Not sure if it gonna works...

Supporter like Ui usually doesn't need more than 3 star. Her main kit doesn't scale with her stat.

It depends on your objectives for the game. Each one is useful for different raids/difficulties, so my recommendation is to check Stokkie's raid rating and Causew's raid guides (google them) and see which one of them will be more useful to you given the students you already have and which raids you want to clear.

@@ghostcrow_202 that's the thing, the raid I was worrying about is Perorozilla (Iroha comp) and Cheeseball (Ui comp) on Insane. I was thinking picking Iroha because she also kinda meta in pvp, but seeing some strat, Ui making some raid more comfy although not high-score. I just cant decide since both have equal pros to me.

Iroha is way more useful regardless of whatever you want, let it be PvE or PvP But why can you only choose between them? You can totally save enough for both.

Bit misleading imo. Ui is like this game's equivalent of Myrtle in AK. Both makes the tempo of their respective games faster & comfier regardless of the environment, early game or otherwise. Hasumi's my ride or die and Ui easily puts the former's 3 cost (down from 5) so much more comfy to "spam". This discounting how both are backline students so they get crit for days from Ui's subskill. Same with Cherino (and later Iroha)'s borderline meme status cost before we invest in their ex (I.e. for those in "early game" who manage to get spooked by them).

Does she really make a difference, though? Her Ex skill costs 5 (3 if upgraded) let's say we use 3 energy to reduce a 6 attack to 3 it then still works out as the same cost because we have used 6 energy total. Am i missing something here? I guess it's only really worth it for 10 energy cost skills.

It's easier for skill rotation, imagine having higher cost skill reduced it's easier to timed for buff. Well It's in theory, I haven't use her.
