They're so close they don't lose sight of each other in the clouds. That is one of the many points to flying fingertip like this although they don't fly this close tactically.

@@JOEM747 I understand that during formation flying, but while in a roll or loop… 😳 Thunderbirds won’t even attempt anything but a low show if there are a couple of clouds in the sky! 🙄
I took my family there that weekend it was really good
Saw them last week in Battle Creek Michigan an amazing show

Used to take the kids often when it wasn’t as big or as expensive, but it’s unaffordable to go anymore. $500 a night? Ridiculous. Even staying away from the beach isn’t worth it with the horrendous traffic.

I’ve started parking in gulf breeze and biking, walking, or Ubering. Wayyy easier

@@AviationFreak1 👍 wasn't sure with arival in the title. I see how it makes sense now though. Was hoping it was sunday because we watched them leave the show here and i kept up with fat alberts progress to show my kids how quick it is flying vs driving. Would have been cool to show them thw back end of their treck home.
