At 10 minutes 30 seconds or so, that's the main reason I ask new/green installers/service to always check for power no matter what someone says or does. Be safe out there guys and gals.

Looks great! Sometimes I watch your videos and almost feel like I'm watching a video of myself. We use a lot of the same tools and methods. I did see a few pointers I'd like to give you. First of all, be careful about wrapping thermostat wire around the motor leads. When the blower is running you can induce magnetism into the wire that creates a voltage backfeed that can damage thermostat, electronics, and even bite you when you mess with the thermostat. I do however typically wrap the ground wire around the first section (before tying into the housing, sometimes I move the location too) where the reversing leads are to keep the wires together as the exit the motor. Second, you don't have to hammer the hub to get the blower wheel to free where it jammed on the housing with the new motor. Simply twist the shaft with your wrench and push thr wheel back and it will break the bind; no mashed fingers or hub dings. Pointing the shaft up when twisting works but the wheel might drop too fast. If you push the wheel back prior to fully tightening the 3 motor mounts that works too, but I usually do the first method. Third, all universal standard PSC blower and condenser motors come from the factory wired for CCWLE. Majority of factory motors turn that way so 2/3 of the time you never have to touch them. More condenser motors need reversing than blower for sure, at least what I've run into.

The outside panel was a mess and u are right about it needing help. Looked like a nice job. I started in a pickup with a topper, then a van and now in a utility box. I like the box but the van was nice for keeping things out of the weather. The trucks are great for the 4x4 for not getting stuck in mud and snow. Just some thoughts. Good video

I can't believe how many residential package units you have down there. You must have some deep crawl spaces. Our crawls around here are on average of 3 block high. Central Indiana might have 1 in 1,000 homes with a package. Once again, hood video.

Big arc flash in the load center @39:20 when you had it open reseting the breaker. Stab-lok breakers really are dangerous. Mostly just a on-off switch with no overcurrent protection. Have them in my house AND also aluminum wiring. The double whammy.😭

The bottom of that flue is open, and then the internal flue slopes downward. I believe the water comes from cold air blowing over tubes that are ambient temp. It causes water to condense inside the tubes. It would be really hard for rain water to get in.

It's planned obsolescence for the manufacturers, designed to rust out quick and you have to buy another. I know this HX looked stainless but the bulkhead and other plates are still standard steel. If they put the cooling coil after the HX it would not have near the condensation rusting it out.

@Peter Mondonca, it's a wheel/blower puller. There are several different brands. Check on Amazon or Google blower wheel pullers. I have 3 different types and it all depends on if you're pulling with the hub type as Curtis was using in the video. They are super easy to use and of course, follow what Curtis recommended, careful not score the hub set bolt threads. Good luck!
