Hey Mona. I guess I can help you with the plug conversion. Just moved to abroad. So the universal adaptor helps you use our Indian electronics in any country with different plug style. However there is a voltage difference in each country. The universal adapter will only help you convert the plug style but not the voltage. For example, INDIA uses 230V, but CANADA uses 120V. So even if you use this the output power will only be 120V and not 230V which especially with hair styling tools will not help you straighten or blow dry (trust me, I faced it). It’s better you get both voltage and universal adaptor for correcting the volt and plug style simultaneously. Hope this helped. Happy New year💕
