Blossom Butterfly Bracelet Tutorial
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
When I first saw these beads I immediately knew I had to make a bracelet. The colors made me smile and the butterfly adds a little whimsical magic. If you subscribe to the Jesse James Magical Mystery Bead Box subscription and you still have the beads from the February box, you're in luck because that's what I used to make this bracelet. If you don't subscribe, you can still make this bracelet using beads from your own stash. This is a super easy tutorial.

Really lovely idea to use the butterfly as a button.Love it!
Very cute thanks for the tip and showing us how to make butterfly closure 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰
I was wary of the colors. They were out of my comfort zone. Then as you were making your bracelet they bloomed! I now love it! So fun and playful, so thanks to you I have some fun ahead!!! Barbi jo!
Found your beautiful butterfly bracelet over a year later! Just gorgeous! Thank you for all the hints!
Such a bright and happy bracelet!😊
Just when you thought that it could not get any better!
Well done. Love this bracelet. Take care.
Your joy is touching! And the bracelet is really beautiful.

Luisa, Beautiful Bracelet!💜💛💚💗 Love all the fun colors you used, bright and happy. Thanks for letting us share in your creative process. Love and Hugs to you from Florida!🌞🌞🌞
So vibrant and fun! Love it! Thank you for the inspiration.😊
Sooo! Cute, going to make one this afternoon! You are so inspiring. I like our walks too.
I have this Jesse box and I wanted to watch you do it first, You are gentle and non-judgemental in the way you teach and your point of view is always stated as such. We students can always feel free to add our own touches. Thank you!! It's a gorgeous bracelet. I'll have to get vegan leather in a nice green color and then I'll get started!!!
You gave these colors a life of their own in this bracelet!
I love the butterfly component! I’ve never thought of turning a component into a button before - I always learn something from you!! I have an idea for the extra leather pieces that you cut off. It always bothered me when I saw different tutorials and they sometimes used the whole 2 meters “to err on the side of caution” so they didn’t run out. It killed me by how much leather was wasted that was too short for another project. Well, one day I realized that you didn’t need a whole piece of leather to go around your wrist. If you use cord ends on both ends of the leather, (you can put two pieces of thin leather next to each for a chunkier appearance too!) you can then attach either beading wire, or fireline, or anything to bead on. Add your beads and then attach your clasp and you’ve used the leather as a focal on your bracelet (or necklace)!! I’ve saved all of my leather scraps and I’m going to mix and match leather pieces to do this. I hope my description is clear and makes sense. If anyone is confused, feel free to contact me for clarification. I hope this idea spurs creativity in others! Thank you for sharing your beautiful design with us and for sharing your talent and creativity with us! 💜

That's adorable Lou!!
Beautiful ❤️ Luisa 🌈 Makes me happy too 😁 Thank you ❣️
Very nice, you are a great instructor!
So pretty, festive and summery - looks like a garden...to celebrate Spring and Summer.. I just realized that using your technique w/the butterfly, we can turn almost anything into a button.... Thanks Luisa :) You are so right about taking risks... as we get older we don't bounce back as easily as we once did... I have pretty good luck with natural remedies though... if you ever get banged up again try Arnica Oil... it is an amazing healer that can turn an injury around very quickly... use to use for my daughter's gymnastic injuries...and still use for everything else.. And also Calendula Oil is amazing for healing cuts and skin injuries. Have a nice day. :) Nancy
Oh my gosh! This is just so juicy and I love it!😍💗
So pretty just wow.
You share some of the best ideas and I love your eye for color. Thank you !!
Beautiful design and colors!
This is a beautiful bracelet
I love this green leather. I can see it just wound around and around, haphazardly and unadorned, to form a bracelet. Minimalist but still statement-making by way of the colorful leather. Kate Richburg had a friend who told her if you have trouble doing random stringing, put a bowl of your beads on your lap under the work surface, then add on whatever bead you pick out of the bowl. Also, Emily Miller, who is sometimes on with Kate, said you can "fake random" by stringing on 10 or more different beads and then repeating that pattern. It will look random. You're using Chihuly colors again, which you know I love. They're so vibrant and beautiful, in a league of their own. Just wonderful and happy. (Another Kate tip, when you add a knot to your design, thread through the loop twice (like on a surgeon's knot), then you won't get that elbow bend in the leather, it will stay in a straight line.) This bracelet is absolutely stunning! It's so bright and festive. I feel like margaritas or some umbrella-adorned drink should be served when this is worn (though truth be told, I don't need a piece of colorful jewelry to bring on a margarita). Your butterfly "button" is ingenious. Well done! Another masterpiece, my friend! Thanks for sharing. Take care.
Absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much for the tutorial and for showing us such an imaginative way to use that lovely butterfly component. Cheers, 🙏🦋🌈
