FOX 25 anchor Mark Ockerbloom was supposed to ask reporter Blair Miller a question after Miller tossed back, so Miller could then intro his story. Ockerbloom instead started reading co-anchor Vanessa Welch's story off the TelePrompTer, then quickly noticed the TelePrompTer wasn't moving... because he wasn't supposed to be reading it. Oops!
