This really does look like a Disney Channel movie. Also, Trevor Morehouse is not as amazing or dreamy as Ben Tramer.

This looks nothing like a DCOM. This is the same year that The Phantom of the Megaplex came out. They looked a lot better than this.
Trevor Moorehouse was great in the The Whitest Kids U’ Know, along with Zach Kruegger, Sam Leatherbrown, Timmy Pennywillams, and Darren Trumeterlector, what a funny bunch of slashers lol
I think we all know who's really killer in Bloody Murder: it was the guy who took that photo of Jason in Friday the 13th part V.
"Maybe if we say 'Jason' enough times, we can trick people into thinking they're watching a Friday the 13th movie!" -- the writers at some point (probably)

I hope one day The Snob reviews Ice-T’s “Surviving The Game”. It’s seems like it’s a direct to video movie, but done right and released in theaters.

If there is a Bloody Murder 3, it should be shot in 3D.
This reminds me of old school (OG as the kids say) Snob reviews, but with better production. Great stuff; thanks Snob.
I guess Ralph Portillo really likes working with WWE Superstars.
Shh. Jason's onto you, his hidden microphone at 18:41 pops in to let us know how he's staying one step ahead of you all.
Watching snob gives me a warm fuzzy feeling and has done for over 10 years now! Big love Cinema Snob!
Hell yeah! I totally forgot about this one. Thanks Snob.

i THINK IN GENERALL Brad is in a better place in his life. He has a successful show, a hot wife, a house. In the old videos he had that Im stuck living in my grandmas basement thing going for him.
As soon as I saw that cover I remembered this movie from when I worked at Blockbuster. Customers kept renting it thinking it was a Friday the 13th sequel.
"You're a loser Bill, I wish I have never met you!" is the line that keeps me coming back to this review 😂😂😂😂
Every time I see a hockey mask or hear a chainsaw the first thing I think of is *looks a script* Trevor Morehouse!
Thank you for another wonderful episode. Loved this movie. I remember renting this siiiiick flick at my local tanning Solon/ video store. Happy Friday the 13th. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Take care and be safe.

Yes!!!!! Finally! Thank you Brad! This made my day. :)
I rented this from a Premiere Video store 20 years ago as a kid. I loved Friday the 13th and this box cover certainly stood out, so I just had to rent it. Obviously, it's not Friday the 13 or Jason, but I still really enjoyed this as a kid, as did my sister.
Happy Friday The 13th Snob, cool review as always, keep it 💯 fam, you have a great weekend

We had a commercial back at my end where thry made a hommage to old slasher flicks. It was a guy it in the yard wearing a mask and using a chainsaw. The old couple inside said isnt this great we have always wanted someone to take care of the old trees in the yard. Lets go outside and ask if he can help us with that. It ends with the house being empty and you can hear the sound of the chainsaw revving up in speed.

New Brad video! 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Shout out to the awesome Friday the 13th novels! Nice
As somebody who does not even like slasher movies all that much the jokes and winks fall even flatter for me. Wow!
When it comes to campy horror movies (no pun intended), the Cinema Snob has the best jokes. 🤣
This movie is worthy of being described as a redbox horror
13:42 when he says, "it has to be Jason:, you can see the boom mic at the top of the screen. Surprised? To quote my favorite reviewer, "Nope, nope, that's a whole lotta nope." ;)
🤣 I thought you made Trevor Moorehouse up as a joke until the character said it.
Oh, a Friday release. Sweet
Here's an idea for a slasher movie parody. Everyone is a slasher villain out to kill the rest but none of them knows that about the others.
@Gideon13397

Wasn't that already done? Like twice even if I remember correctly.
Nice choice and great episode love your work snob
Awesome movie. It's a shame that the sequel did not capture the weird 00's Disney Channel movie feel that this film has in spades. It really feels like this was at some point slated to be a kids film, but that they at the last minute decided that it would be a very tame slasher.
Totally amazing review of bloody murder it’s more hilarious funny then the actually movie,can’t stop laughing 😂 cinema snob, fantastic job.
All I’m getting is that this movie takes place in Trevor Moore’s house. RIP local sexpot.
I remember this one. I had both on VHS. Never heard of the spin-off.
@jadedheartsz
2 жыл бұрын
There was supposed to be a third film but after Artisan went bankrupt the rights got tangled in legal limbo so the spin-off had to be made.
trevor moorehouse might look like a Dollar-store jason, but i think he's kinda cool, in that " really simple, archetypal slasher" sort of way, plus while jason is definitely better, treevor must be doing something right since when you bring up jason to most people they'll say something akin to " oh yeah jason, big guy, hockey mask, jumpsuit, stalks teens at a camp with a chainsaw right?", jason most definitely better, but Trevor seems to be pretty iconic in his own right, even if he'll never be as famous as successful as jason or as Dreamy as Ben Tramer, p.s. R.I.P. Ben
no lie I've been waiting for this review for a decade
Teddy Kruger had me laughing .
Those marketing geniuses had to put the word, "BLOODY" in the film's title to make up for the lack of blood in its kill scenes!
13:41 - Boom mike!
BEAUTIFUL FILM. IMPRESSIVE. THIRD THING.
13:14 - It is at this time I am guessing the Dad who's writing to her is going to be the killer. Also, this is easily the most not-bloody slasher movie I've ever seen. I think even He Knows You're Alone was more violent than this.
@Rob_Thorsman
2 жыл бұрын
That would have been a way better twist.
Pinhead shows up at the end and tells the survivor you are stuck in an infinite Friday the 13th parody that they must relive again and again for opening the box or some crap ... Making it hellraiser 23
I'm going out in in a canoe in the middle of a lake, but I can't swim. WTF I'm sorry that's much more unbelievable than anything else in this movie.
13:20 to 13:24 me everytime I watch a movie with my name in it
I wish this Friday was a good one for me. This review was funny at least.
This movie probably would’ve worked better if it was a parody film series

Anyone who doesn't learn how to swim and then goes canoeing without a life jacket...well they don't deserve to drown but they shouldn't be surprised.
Again, I can't tell if 911 Lonestar is a comedy or not
Brad we need that Top Gun 86 review ASAP 👍
If you haven't watched it yet. I would like to se "condor man" Disney's idea of an 80's costume hero.
I always wondered what happen to Trevor, I worked with him waaay back in 98.
This poster is single-handedly the reason why everyone think Jason uses a chainsaw (probably)
All the reading voices sound like they’re talking on the phone while sitting on the toilet.
Oh man, this was hilarious! Nothing beats watching the snob make fun of a shitty slasher.
7:28 JAYSUS, Lady! Are you trying to get us sued?!

I'm surprised he didn't do never hike alone or any of the Friday the 13th fan films. or talk about the Friday the 13th tv series, or the burning, or madman or slaughterhouse oh wait it's a texas chainsaw massacre knock off
Tons of Shellys. ... band name 🙂
Great movie!
I was having Deja Vu for some reason then remembered awhile back I watched someone else's review of this movie. So I was trying to figure out where I seen this before. Anyways good review as always.
First time I heard of it was in The Cinema Snob's review of Rape Squad 10 years ago.
The only name I'm hearing is Trevor Moore, and it makes me really sad every time
When are we getting Trevor versus Jason? It's been more than 10 years since this came out. Quick, get us a disappointing script!
@jadedheartsz

not for a while given how Victor Miller and Sean still can't agree on what to do with Jason next.
Am I the only one who noticed that when the one guy said “naturally,it had to be Jason” you could see the boom Mike at the top of the frame?I can’t be the only one.
22:58 I used to have “The Carnival.” It was a lot of fun to read, though I lost it before I could finish. Man I miss those books.
Toby is totally giving me Xander vibes.
I recommend Unmasked 25. It's a British parody of the Friday the 13th series that is also a decent slasher film.

(HE'S BACK...THE MAN BEHIND THE MASK) Dammit. 10:56- That's odd. A reference to "The Crime of the Age" in a review of a Friday the 13th ripoff movie. Interesting. 13:24- I thought you name was either Craig Golightly or Vincent Dawn, according to the Cinema Snob Movies. 13:40- Boom mic in the shot. 20:30- At least Trevor Moorhouse isn't making his victims sing "Jingle Bells." That's a plus.
