It seems to me they purposely made them as gender neutral as possible, between having a more masculine body and a feminine leaning voice. I definitely wouldn't say "they're definitely ect."

The god Bloodhound worships as the Allfarther refers to the god Odin from Norse mythology, the god of wisdom, poetry, death, divination and magic. As well as this he is also referred to as the king of gods and can use ravens to see and hear what is happening in the nine realms, hence why Bloodhound can be seen with or near them.
