Blood ANd Bone is one of the best Martial Arts movies you will see anywhere. In fact it is so good, that every time I see it pop up in my feed, I find that I end up watching it all over again. It is truly a first-class movie and soooo underrated.

Cinematography was good, and casting. The acting was either very good or... was the fucking director napping. Dialogue was mixed too. It seemed to settle for aiming at an audience, rather than make a great film.

+16davelle Don't get me wrong dude, I totally understand what your saying & you are right in that sense that MJ White should get more recognition. He's played in a lot of movies that's worth noticing. But the reason why I talked about him keeping himself low-key is because I've watched most of his documentaries of when different people interview him, he doesn't go out his way to show himself off or try to gain any publicity, but different presenters make the effort to interview him. He's one of those actors that's well known by lots of people but people forget to talk about him for some reason, unlike 'Wesley Snipes' now he's noticeable lol.

Epic fukin movie."Bone' is the most righteous warrior I ve ever seen in a movie thus far.A true complete warrior,full of compassion, honour,respect and pure fury I had to watch 1:20:-1:123 like eight times.Thats 3 mins worth of clip for 24 mins to get enough of that.This just goes to show that today anyone can pull out a gun a shoot someone, but before they were invented,you needed commitment, skills and a life time of hard work to be the best. Start to last second,5 stars for this movie.They better make a sequel,the fans deserve it.RESPECT!

+acidangelster I'm there with you buddy. I don't think all movies have to be blockbuster successes. Just decent films that connect with their fans. This is why Bruce Lee was so iconic when he was making films. I also like watching all of Steven Seagal's films. I truly hope Michael Jai White thinks about making a sequel. His "Bone" character I'm sure can do better than Ving Rhames' Animal movies. And I respected those movies as well. The plot was well put together for a straight to DVD action movie. I've always been a fan of Michael Jai White. If you hadn't watched "Universal Soldier II, that's another decent movie which displays Michael Jai White's awesome martial arts skills with the great Jean Claude Van Damme.

Wow... I have watched the fighting clips of this movie countless times. Today for the first time I decided to watch the whole movie. Very touchy movie. Very beautiful ending. very nice.

I can but agree with a lot of the other comments, i had never heard of this movie, but it scratched that violent itch and featured some of the biggest actors i have ever seen. I will definitely look out for other movies starring michael jai white.

This was a very well written story…One of the best Martial Arts movie inspiring a lot of young men…

this movie is legit MJW is an amazing fighter.

After just finishing watching it for like the tenth time, I think I'' go as far as saying that Blood and Bone is probably the best martial arts movie ever made, mainly because the fight scenes are so original and believable. They're not necessarily long, MJW is very efficient with his moves (i.e. he takes his opponents out as fast as you would expect of a highly skilled fighter) so the fight scenes are not unrealistically long and drawn out. And that last fight seen is pure class. I've never seen a martial arts fight scene so "believably well" choreographed. If anyone can direct me to a more action-packed/realistic movie fight scene, I'd love to see it for myself.

@@benireges IP man is good but it does not have better fight scene than Blood and Bone. Blood and Bone has fight scenes that are spectacular but not overly long and are completely believable. It does not need exaggerated or unrealistic fight scenes to

The original Ong Bak is in a pretty similar vein. A lot of fights are short and efficient, while showcasing clean Muay Thai techniques (as opposed to Karate-style techniques of MJW).

Love this movie not just for the fighting but the kindness of a man who uses is gift for the benefit of others. That's strength and caring is what give us unthinkable strength. Taking advantage of the weak is weakness facing a tyrant is strength .

Peace and Love to you all Easter is pagan, the resurrection day of the Lord is correct and please stop taking the Lord's name in vain like saying omg or using it with a bad word or taking it in anyway that is in vain. Even the devil trembles in his name and we shouldn't use the powerful name like that. For the people who says Jesus is not God here's a verse. Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
