Could you recommend some good foam tips? I was having trouble finding some decent ones. The ones I got fall out of my ear after about an hour.

Agree with your review 100 % , I usually don't like foam tips , but blons sound perfect with them

What’s ur review on BlON iems will order soon, i am new to iems

I was searching through past vids the other day, looking for your blon 03 review. was surprised not to find one. Then today you did it - very surrendipitous. And you have added the massive consensus of blon 03 accolades. I think that these blon 03's have proven to be the overall greatest money value in iem's to date. Quite an accomplishment.

I can't believe this guy doesn't even have 10k subs! You deserve wayyyy more!!! You are going to bloom big!

I remember buying ZSX a year ago for like $60 off amazon when these were around, regret doing so but now I bought Blons just waiting for them to come from CHYNA. Great review.

ZSX for music are complete garbage! I have well over a dozen chi-fi iems including a Clairvoyance and Monarch. The ZSX are my lowest rated pair for actual music.

I think you got the nail on the head - they make for an enjoyable listen, particularly with popular music that is mastered hot at the top. The BLON blunts that brightness. At the expense of balance, air and detail. And of course it's got that noticeable miss-bass hump which on some type of music is rather distracting. At $25, great. At $50, there are other better options.

Great review! I got my bl-03 today and can confirm that the hype is real. Interestingly, I also own ER2XR and it's my favorite pair, but the similarities (and key differences like less resolving and bit warmer) you mentioned are on point! A must have iem (for just $40) nonetheless.

Tip density of the silicone tips is the KEY to these. Lower density are perfect IMHO. Put it like this. I have a set of $400 customs and a Dragonfly that are in a drawer.

If you don't have a keyboard O rings, you can cut some old inappropriate sized tips to make them, and then use SpinFit CP100 that won't slide all the way on the nozzle - by far the best fit that I've tried. SpinFits are slightly longer than normal tips on their own, and by not allowing them to go all the way you are making very good fit for what would otherwise be very shallow fit where you can't insert earphones deep enough.

How does this compare to the Soundmagic e11c?

My brother ordered them. Waiting to be shipped. probably will convince me to upgrade.

I hear ya on the fit. Using some 3rd party extra large, I found a comfortable fit. Unfortunately I can't compare the sound with any other smaller tips, couldn't make the iems fit.

What foam tips are you using? Thanks for the video!

The design was based on Astell & Kern x Beyerdynamic T9IE.

They are saying tachjim cora is really "close" to er2xr so if you have tachjim cora going to er2xr is not really an upgrade.

They look a lot like the Beyerdynamic Xelentos, which are excellent and also are a single dynamic driver design.

I think you're getting a different sound signature on this one. I'm not getting that with my Silver Chrome BLONS.

Oh, in that case, don't use the graph as being absolutely correct. It's not a super fancy and expensive calibrated system.... It's better to use it for relative comparisons between IEMs

Can you wear them cable down?

Do you have it in Dubai store?

Got mine with a pair of spinfit (cp100) and an upgrade cable, it's really the best earphones I have, currently

Did you noticed any difference in sound quality. Because foam foam tips are very cheap compared to spinfits. If spinfits improves sound then only I can go with cp100. Plz reply asap!

In terms of sound quality, I'd have to give it to the Starfield. Comparatively it's got a more neutral and refined signature... Considerably less bass.

Could it be a sound difference between the light gun and the silver one, I found this irrelevant. I got the light gun or brown and you just described as I have experienced it with mine.

Because of the better treble response on the tins, they have much more clarity, not to say the BLONs are lacking in clarity, they still have shimmery highs without being over bearing but, the tins barely beat it out in that department. Instrument seperation is better on the tins. Really depends what you're planning on using them for honestly. For gaming or a more analytical just above neutral pair, go for the tins, For music and a more warm and natural fun sound, go for the blons. hope this helps

The most likely explanation would be that the eartips aren't sealing properly with your ear canal

What colour? I got purple ones and the bass aint that punchy. Maybe only the steel ones sound good?

@@Oscar-eo8mg They have completely different signature. Andromeda is very bright and harsh sounding for me. Those who love Blon probably won't like it, but treble heads might like it better.

Insanely hype, but they were just a word of mouth in the beginning and it stood the test of time.
