Bloem is a hidden gem 💎, you are spot on when you say it has similarities with Pretoria. You won't see a beach because Bloem is inland city. The mall you showing in the beginning of the video is called Loch Logan waterfront mall.

you should checkout Welkom in the free state its the second largest after Bloemfontein in the province
I live in bloem yes there might not br beaches but its beautiful and i have swam inter primary in the pool stadium
