This drain blockage was 2 houses down the line from where we could gain access. to unblock it. we were able to clear it by sending down the Jetter hose to clear it.

A question please, as a former journey men in plumbing well before jetting was ever used, why when you had it unclogged wouldn't you have added buckets of water and continue to jet?
