Is that sludge congealed poo? Looks like you needed to liquidate it before you unblock the pipe - it appeared to reblock the pipe - as others have said, your assistant/the owner needs to flush toilets.

Ive seen a lot of your videos by now: ive noticed many holes have the "apparent exact same size", when it comes to the "4 corners box design", which are filled with poo to the top. Doesnt these have the holes on the same spot and/or isnt the drains locations marked someway into the casting, near the very top? Seems like a design flaw if there isnt... cause why would one waste time to get it fixed asap.. or... maybe they could have chisseled mark(s) somewhere.. or on top or under the top lid....or maybe on one of top row bricks... when they installed it...i dunno... :)

For this sewer clog you need better equipment the hose that you have is not steel belted and you’re only using about 500 to 1000 psi not strong enough you need something a lot stronger to cut through all that crap in so many words it’s gonna take you three times the amount of time to clear this up it looks pretty simple but the equipment you got is not adequate enough to do this type of work.✝️✝️✝️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
