    More rain Gavin.🌧 At least it wasn't 2 degrees C like it was here in windy, rainy, snowy and wet Chicago.🌨🥶 Roots blown out by hydrojetting , the squashed pipe is a concern but that piece of metal stake puncturing the pipe has got to be found and taken out .

    I'm enjoying watching your videos ( from the UK). I'm amazed at how many tree roots you have to unblock and how they get into the pipes. Love watching the scenery as you drive from job to job too. You are quite addictive lol, keep on making the videos please.

    I have the same weather but our temperature is sitting at around 1 degree. I just hate this weather. The wet cold just goes right through you. I couldn’t really make out what you said that piece stuck through the pipe was. A star something. What is that?

    it's a metal fence post. If viewed from the end it's similar to an X shape but thicker in the middle.

    @@jillanderson7048 ... utility pipes are mapped out and on file. Storm run-off on private property generally is not on record, unless the home builder kept track for himself.

    Roots , and Gavin clears another ,semi smashed pipe ,isn't there a thicker walled pipe than flimsy pipe most commonly used probably because because it's cheap ?

    Why do they use such flimsy pipes? If they just added a thicker wall, you wouldn't have to worry about your nozzles getting stick.

    yes, sewer pipes are thicker. They are also heavier, harder to work with, and more expensive.

    @@banksiasong ... 25 cm (just under 10 inches) is probably water. I can't keep track of what color every country uses. Around here natural gas is usually yellow if it's inside and black (flexible) if it's buried in the street.
