    Great job as always Gavin. A nice root specimen for all your hard work. The customer won't have to worry about that pipe clogging for a few years. Nice to see the large toad getting to live for a change. He outsmarted the jetter and lives to tell the story. LOL! Look forward to the next one. Always learning something from every video.     for the life of me, I'll never understand why people put trees and plants around pipes as they have to know roots will eventually work their way into the pipes. They must love spending their hard earned money on plumbers which, is good for you and bad for them 🙂

    25:20 I see that the flexible corrugated tube cracks a lot and also the union with the rigid smooth tube is poorly made, for these reasons the roots are introduced and the drain is obstructed 🤦🏿‍♂️🤷‍♂️

    This pipe is rain water only. Waste water is piped seperately in Australia. The persistance of tree roots is due to long periods of dry weather, so trees will take advantage of any source. This was a text book situation with palm trees.
