Blocked Because of a Loan

The plaintiff says she dated the defendant, but he became manipulative and tried to stop her from seeing her friends and family. She’s suing her ex for the balance due on a loan. The defendant says the plaintiff always wanted to go out and party and not stay home with her child. He’s countersuing because he claims the plaintiff harassed him at his job.

Sometimes judge Mathis doesn’t understand a woman’s position in a relationship. He doesn’t relate to their stories or seem to be in touch with listening to their story to gain the insight

Judge Mathis is biased. He disregarded her explanation from the outset. He was argumentative. Surprised he found in her favor. The ex-boyfriend did not care about her or her child, just very controlling. On the other hand, the plaintiff was crazy as the f word, expecting a man to change her son's diapers after only knowing him for 3 months. Nor would my son be advised, allowed or encouraged to call a man he has known for only 3 months to address him as 'daddy.' The woman is neglectful or her son would be potty trained.

Even when I dated, I didn’t want my spouse over my place 5-6 times a week. Absolutely not! Go Home Rodger 😂 🤦🏾‍♂️

I totally understand what she meant by manipulative because I was married to a man like that. It's a form of mental manipulation.

I'm a woman, and I disagree with what she's saying as far as manipulation. I'm in the same kind of relationship. I don't stop my girlfriend from seeing whomever she chooses, but she constantly chooses everyone over me, and I don't like her friends, so I don't want to hang out with them. It's not selfish to want to spend exclusive time with someone. It is selfish to try to be the only person their lives.

The plantiff misrepresented herself from the very beginning to this defendant. It's just that it took 90 days for who she really was to come out. But he should've been wary of her anyhow because she has a child and on top of that had little time for him as the relationship went on. He shouldn't have had to put up with that.

They’re not married, she can spend her time however she wants. Clearly she doesn’t enjoy his company.

Does judge Mathis know the definition of manipulation?? What she explained was manipulative behavior! He used the excuse that she didn't care about the relationship in order for her to feel bad and do what HE wanted her to do....

Come on judge. Letting somebody borrow money and then they block all contact and disappear is evidence they had no intention of paying 🤦🏽‍♂️

If you blocked her than how else was she supposed to contact you? She had to call you.

The defendant should've paid her for the loan she had to drag him to court.

I personally don't have any friends I want to see EVERY DAY😭 However, no man is going to tell me what to do in the first 90 days. And I'm married btw.

I cant stand when Mathis doesn't listen. Partying would mean dancing, drinking, etc. 4-5 nights a week is different than 4-5 nights of hanging out with a close friend.

Thank you Judge. Judge Mathis made him feel so comfortable that he ended up exposing himself. Good job your Highness. This is how you get the truth smoothly.
