The realities of the storm begin to come into focus. Roads begin to close, people are being asked to shelter in place and the process begins to get federal funds to assist with the "disaster area." In the newsroom is Henry Brach, in the "air chair" is Jim Quinn, filling in for George Hamberger who could not make it into the station due to weather.
