Mine isn’t working either - looks like Best Buy can have this turd back.

Thank you for the video.. Just remember after installing back plate to house and positioning the camera portion..you will be sliding down and getting the little tabs secure. The black Blink had an easier design with install on base.

Good luck looking for a replacement back plate for this door bell. Two of the top hooks broke off on mine when I was replacing the battery and now the unit is constantly loosing contact with the prongs to the house door bell leads. Also the batteries are always popping out. There is no replacement on Amazon. All I can find are angled door mounts. Frustrating

Buenas me he comprado el dispositivo :) . Pero tenemos dudas. Tengo el timbre típico DING DONG que suena cuando pulsas. El timbre va a 220 y salen 2 cables. Busco instrucciones y hablan de un transformador, 16 v etc... Mi pregunta es que transformador hay que poner. Puse uno 220 a 24v y no funciona, solo se enciende con pilas. Ya no se que hacer :(
