I never really thought the tension between the two would really show live, but it's interesting to see it. You know any other performances where it's noticeable?

+Chris10237 hey man. Yeah that moment is exactly what I mean. I don't know of any other well known obvious videos of the 2 of them from this time but if you watch some of their videos from the 2010-11 era. Tom is a drunk mess and sounds like shit and you can definitely see Mark is annoyed just by the look on his face. Some of the shit Tom does is real shit, and I think Mark thinks that Tom really doesn't care, which obviously led to the 2nd break up.

I remember watching some of their 2010 stuff and noticing Tom's trainwreck voice and Mark's calm demeanor. Not a good combo. I just saw their Epicenter Festival 2010 performance and Tom just goofs off and forgets the lyrics in First Date while Mark shakes his head. It really sucks that Mark and Travis were really enthusiastic about blink and Tom treated it like a joke at that point. In fact, in a recent interview he was saying blink wasn't a priority to him and he needed to do his "other forms of art". That's really fucking unfair to leave Mark and Travis waiting while he treats blink like a past-time where he gets wasted. Seeing this stuff makes me really excited for blink+Skiba. I could see some really inspired stuff coming out of that.

あ〜懐かしい！私の青春(°▽°) 高1の頃から大好きでした。まだ日本じゃあまり有名じゃなかったけど(汗) ファンになってからなかなか日本に来てくれなくてやっと最初にライブ行けたのは大学1年の時にLAへ旅行に行った際に初ブリンク。 そして次がこのサマソニでこの時マーク側の1番前で観てました。 ダイブだらけで頭を何度も蹴られて大変だったけどやっぱりブリンクのライブは最高！ ちなみにこの時代のサマソニはポップパンクやメロコア好きにはたまらない時代だったよなぁ。 そして翌年の単独公演も東京のは全部行きました。 もっと日本に来てくれてたら良かったのになぁ。 私も今は30代後半・・・結婚して親になりだいぶ落ち着いてしまったけど、やっぱりブリンクとか聴くとまだまだパンクキッズ(笑)だった頃の血が騒ぐ(*´ω`*) 息子もあと2年で中学生だし、一緒にライブで暴れたいなぁ。

To me it looked like Mark was pure business here. It was about doing his job and getting paid. Tom seems like he's into the music and is having fun. You can see it in him especially during that interlude.

I love Mark and this was so long ago, but telling your band mate "alright that's enough" is easily more embarrassing and awkward than blink's classic stage humor they were known for since the 90s.

My favorite live version of Rock Show ever, the interlude/bridge is so good they need to bring that back!! Also Tom is hilarious 😂 he’s having a blast up there.

Dude.....this is like an epiphany of how the total dissolution of blink 182 went down. First thing, Mark absolutely says "Ok, that's enough." without making any sort of eye contact and intentionally sounded pissed off. Furthermore, if you look at Tom's facial expression immediately following Mark's comment, it is a facial expression of pure guilt or disbelief or anger, I don't know.

So awkward... Tom was just fucking around like they usually do. We have to remember that there was a lot of other conflict going on at this time too. They weren't even preparing in the same dressing room for shows at this point.

Had a falling out during this period yes. Tom wanted to stay home and look after his kids and mark wanted to tour so hence the breakup then joined back up for the neighbourhoods album. Tom lost interest in the band so that didn't help.

@@mikkedurling5336 Mark talked about this concert in particular. He said he was incredibly nervous the entire time as he was trying to impress Cheap Trick, who were there watching them from the back, hence the reason he said what he said to Tom.

Love the slowed down interlude in this live edition. Adds a little more emotion to the song. And Tom's commentary is hilarious!
