If you look at the page that this live is posted on, it’s their entire setlist. Before he rolled his eyes, he looked down on the floor (where his list of songs for the setlist is so he knows what song to play next) and the next song is Turpentine.. which was the band’s first time performing live. I agree that it’s annoying some people only know them for their radio hits, but I genuinely think the eye roll was more of an “Oh fuck we gotta play that song next?” Hahah

oh ya Tom defs checks his list kinda often / sometimes has lyrics down there. He’s a bit angsty ❤ rolls his eyes to express even the slightest bit of bother generally.

If you look at Tom @ 4:19 he looks down at the setlist then looks up at presumably his tech with a "oh fuck this", type of face. This is because Turpentine was next on the setlist and he knew it was a dead crowd and was probably nervous to play it on top of that lol

damn australia crowds have been terrible. No wonder why they havent been there in 20 years. Probably the worst crowds ive seen at blink shows in these 2 aus shows. embarrassing

Why does Tom randomly stop playing guitar to sing like he can’t do both at the same time? Seems kindv lazy even tho I love Tom.

The part that he does that is hard to sing because of the high notes and even more hard if you sing and play at the same time beacause of the weird strum

maybe its not the crowd? Aussie crowds are known to be massive, but if the band is shit, well,.then you best not rest.on ya lorrels and perform. Almost every artist raves about playing in oz. Just the underperforming ones with old hits and lack lustre performances get found out.

The Australian crowd were bad because the band sound and look awful
