Can you show the complete setup in reverse ? , how to unsnap the roller (product) from the headrail ? .
How do I pop off the brackets on a no drill honeycomb headrail to install the header?
The one sheet instructions is incomplete. The two pieces were not assembled as explained in the video. What is the front and rear of the rail?
Do they have to be up against the top of the window ? My window has an arch so I was wondering if it’ll work just from the tension of the sides ?

not a SB employee, but yes it should work but would not, of course, cover the window above in the arch. the tension is created on the ends of the bar, not the top.
I have been trying for hours and can’t get mine to click in. Not sure what I’m doing wrong?

They sold me white blinds with gray headrail and foot rails, they were not what I ordered I ordered white blinds, they look awful. Contacted company, they said they won't fix the problems.
You should really show a better close up of popping off the shade from the bracket. This seems to be the issue with most people who buy your product and honestly I wouldn’t buy it unless I knew ahead of time how to do it, because it sounds like getting through on your customer.service line is impossible.

EXACTLY, THEY ARE THE WORST
Im sick of cordless blinds at least put a harmless pull down/up handle on them if you have to pull them up and down
Please dont waste your time buying this. Its poorly designed I know because we purchased one and it after a few pull downs the entire thing gave up 😅
