I gave this thumbs up before I watched it. I mean, it's The Boss...
A great musical reinterpretation of one of the greatest lyrics of all time. On the surface absolute gibberish yet when all the figurative language is decoded it is absolute genius. Love the spontaneous jam at the end!
Whoever gave Bruce the talent thank you.... for he shared it with all of us ❤
It's unbelievable how Bruce Springsteen completely changes his own songs musically!!! 😮 I love "We Shall Overcome Era" alternative versions of Atlantic City,Further up the road and Blinded by the light are brilliant!!! 🔝

Blinded by the light first appeared on Greetings from Asbury Park...
I still prefer the original kind of style though, but nevertheless, what an awesome performance!
My favorite version of this song and I’ve been listening to it since 84 and it comes from a great album Bruce you are too cool Fonzi has nothing on you lol

Bruce never ceases to amaze and delight me. This is one of his classic tracks but he's the only rock icon who can do one of his own songs in a completely different format from the original.

‘Only’ is a pretty risky word in this context. Can’t beat Bruce but how about Robert Plant, Bob Dylan, Elvis ‘68 etc?

The Sessions Band(album & tour) was, artistically, the best work Bruce has done in 30 years. He should revisit it/them. A better fit at this age than hard rocking. Just sayin’. And I’m a guy who knew every word to every song on his first 9-10 albums. Grace Slick was right about men past a certain age still trying to rock out as if they were 28.

Qua non si tratta di un arrangiamento differente... È proprio un'altra canzone con lo stesso testo. Bisogna avere due palle grosse così per fare queste operazioni

This IS the original. The version you know is by "Manfred Mann's Earth Band", which is a cover of this. Google it.

I said this is the original, you said it's not, and posted me a link to another Springsteen performance to this song, seemingly agreeing with my original comment. Can you please clarify yourself, because as said, I have claimed that the original is by Bruce Springsteen, which this clip is. Please explain your reason for contradicting me, I do not understand.
