Even City is not the biggest club in England overally because Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea have better records untill now. Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Bayern consistently brought big names, undisputed squads in different eras where City's success just only started a decade ago. Even City is not the biggest club in England overally because Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea have better records untill now. If City keep perform like this for a decade more, then it can be possible for them.
This list should be Liverpool, Barca, City, Inter, Athletico, Benfica, Dortmund, PSG, Spurs, and Marseille historically.
