No I can not imagine it but we can provide this kind of environment for our children and for our selves! I grew up with an alcoholic mother and it was very hard at times. I sought out church all by myself as a teenager. God was always with me, guiding me.

I remember this song when I was ready to be baptized, as an orphan wearing poor clothes and bare feet in 1989, and now I am working under one ministry in my country. I am once again humbled to the Father of orphans 😭

I grew up listening to my grandparents humming this song❤ she sound so beautiful

When I was 9, my dad was in a bad accident. I remember going to church with my aunt while he was in the hospital. They sang this song that day I and I could hear my dad singing it. And I cried. He survived and live another 40 years,. He passed to glory at 81 and I still tear up when I hear this song. Thank you so much..

I had forgotten a lot of them until after my wife died, and at age 82, the loneliness was so intense that I started to learn to play my wife’s piano, and the old songs started coming back to my memory. I have quite a list of her old hymns and play some of them every day. It is such a pleasure to hear you sing them. God bless you and your family. I am enjoying watching and listening to services and singing in Romania, also, every day.
